This music isn’t a marketing angle, it is the exact lifestyle and foundation Shamedia is proudly built on.
Rooted In The Scene
The journey spans back to the legendary '90s tape-trading era, operating the independent distro and underground label Sterilized Decay. For over 20 years since, that dedication evolved into founding and editing The Sleeping Shaman webzine, which later birthed its own vinyl offshoot, Shaman Recordings. Decades spent championing heavy music means the unique subcultural roots of the scene are deeply embedded in every single project.
